How do you clean live rock from a Saltwater Fish tank?

If you are talking about your liverock has hair algae or other nuicence algae growing and your want to get rid of that, you can take the rock out of the tank, put it in a bucket of saltwater and use a bristle brush to scrub the algae off the tank. Have a second bucket of saltwater ready to "shake" the rock off to help get rid of the loose algae and then you can put it back in your tank.
