which bottled water is the best for our health? mineral water or reverse osmosis water?
please... gimme the answer and the source too. i kept debating wit ma fren that reverse osmosis water is the best.. then i need a black and white sheet to prove
ha. you know what, people call water that has any foreign substance in it mineral water. some say it tastes better. theres no way of telling if by drinking mineral water your getting the right amount of certain minerals. but its rare to find anyone with those kind of alergies.
reverse osmosise is Only water and is 'purifying' to the body.
either way its just water and i dont think one is better than the other.
