What bulb would light a 14 gallon reef?

I have a 14 gallon FOWLR and I've been at it for many months now. I have a little mushroom frag which is doing good but I want to move on to other corals. My current lighting is two of these

What bulb should I get to increase lighting that would fit into a socket like that?

heres the working link to it.

first link is not working. but two of the lower ones the coralife CF is still very low for corals even for soft coral. you really need at least 7 watts or more per gallon of compact fluorescent or MH lights
you really need a new hood for corals

edit.
yeah the lights you have now are incendest way to low for corals

just to let you know i have 60watts of CF and i still do not have hard corals. and 400 watts for a 50 gallon
